INSIDE a $20,000,000 Pacific Heights Mansion | San Francisco's Billionaires' Row

Come tour 2698 Pacific Avenue in San Francisco with us! Built in 1906, this classic revival mansion is located in Pacific Heights on one of San Francisco's most premiere blocks, Pacific Avenue, right off of San Francisco's Billionaires' Row.

This Pacific Heights mansion includes 8 bedrooms, 8 baths, 3 family rooms, a formal dining room, and several private outdoor spaces with views of the bay and Alcatraz. Architect Newsom & Newsom's rich design heritage of 1906 remain, including wood paneling, beamed ceilings, wrought-iron balusters on the main staircase with a stained-glass skylight overhead, and an iconic front entrance featuring a circular temple-style white marble portico.

The living room was designed by San Francisco's celebrity interior designer Jonathan Rachman. Inspired by the relationship between Herbert de Givenchy and Audrey Hepburn, this room is decked out in lush fabrics in a dance of emerald green and gold. This fabulous room is like no other.

The breathtaking kitchen was designed by Jon de la Cruz, and it won House Beautiful's Kitchen of the Year Award. Designed as both comfortable and efficient, this 625 square foot kitchen is perfect for a dedicated home chef as well as a catering staff of 10.

The library was designed by Martin Kobus of Martin Kobus Home, and he described it as "A layered tale of dark and light, and a study in contrasting classic and modern." The classically detailed ceilings and modern lighting were particularly striking.

The stunning primary bathroom is designed by Cecilie Starin, and is titled "Restore and Refresh". The views of the bay are even more mesmerizing when viewed from this relaxing and beautiful space.
